We were approached to create a new unified brand following the merger of two successful London property companies. The challenge was to position the company in a way that would differentiate them from their competitors. It was important to communicate that Marshall Hurley retain a team of dedicated craftsmen to deliver the highest quality build and finish across all of their residential and commercial developments.
Initial desk research combined with an internal and external audit delivered insight that informed the brand positioning process and provided the customer facing line ‘Built to Endure’.

The new identity was launched in the Summer of 2015 and has facilitated the companys’ expansion by bringing to life the proposition ‘Built to Endure’. The new identity has opened dialogues with a number of new channels of investment for new developments across the capital.
